Regional Training Executive in Informatics India

Dept: POI
No. of positions: 1 for Kolkata and 1 for Bangalore
Required Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science or English or Arts or Education or Library Science (Preferable)
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular training needs analysis in order to determine the zero usage customers and focus on training the users on how to use the product, benefits and the purpose that the product would solve.
  • Liaise with multiple people within the organizations subscribing to our product, under their requirements and breach the need gap.
  • Manage and maintain training information on the databases and create analytical reports for updating the stakeholders on the usage pattern and customer feedbacks.
  • Conduct webinars on a regular basis for reaching out to users who would prefer online training mode.
  • Deploy a wide variety of training methods to engage with the users to increase product awareness and usage.
  • Conduct effective user orientation sessions for new customers and guide them towards the effective utilization of the product benefits.
  • Self-evaluate training program’s effectiveness through feedback forms and take steps to improvise on the suggestions.
  • Contribute to the design, development and production of training materials, documents and manuals to ensure consistency, quality of content and delivery to meet the specific needs of the user retail training programs.
  • Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, usage pattern, user feedbacks, best practices, etc. and communicate the same with the stakeholders.
  • Need to plan on a 12-month training cycle to create a region wide training calendar and focus on connecting with all customers in the assigned region.
  • Support regional sales team in maintaining effective customer relations, keep them informed on key inputs about the customers and highlight situations which requires immediate actions.
Required Skills/ Traits:
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to use MS office applications – PowerPoint, Word, Excel & Outlook.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Understanding of the education sector in India
  • Knowledge and understanding of Library related functions
  • Experience of coordinating with multiple teams for deriving appropriate solution for customer queries.
  • Experience of designing, developing and delivering customer delight programs.
